Common requests

• A question you think is wrong. Tell us which question it was (a screenshot helps) and why. We check every report.
• A mistake in an article. Let us know what is wrong and, if possible, a source. Corrections are noted at the end of the article.
• Delete your data. The quickest way is Profile → Settings → Delete account in the app, or the account deletion page on this website. If you write to us instead, please write from the email address of your account.
• Refunds. Payments are handled by Apple and Google, so refunds are too. Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play: Google Play refund help.
• Press and partnerships. Write to us with a short description of your request.

We do not offer a contact form, so that we do not have to collect any data we do not need.
