Delete your account

You can delete your IQ Arion account and all personal data linked to it – in the app, or here on the website.

In the app

The quickest way: in the app

Open the app and go to:

  3. 03Delete account

Confirm, and your account is closed right away. Before deleting, you can download your data under Settings → Export my data.

02On the website

No access to the app?

Delete your account here. First we confirm it's you with a code sent to your account's email address.

Sign in with your email

We'll send you a 6-digit code. No password needed.

Signed in with Apple and chose to hide your email? Use your Apple relay address (…@privaterelay.appleid.com) – Apple forwards the code to you.

We use your email only to sign you in. Details: Privacy

03What happens

What is deleted – and what remains

Deleted

  • Your profile: nickname, display name, email, year of birth, country and settings
  • Your test results, certificates and invite links – certificate verification links stop working
  • Your duels, daily puzzles, points, leaderboard entries and notification tokens
  • Your sign-ins: you are signed out on every device

Remains

  • In your opponents' duel history, you appear as “deleted player”.
  • Answer statistics used to calibrate the difficulty of questions are kept only in an anonymous form that can no longer be linked to you.
  • Purchase records (product, store transaction ID, date, any refund) are kept without any link to you, as accounting and tax law require; Apple and Google keep their own records of the payment.

Deletion starts immediately; removal from backups is complete within 30 days.Privacy
